I made a big ordered of many different things to try but overall it was a big disappointment in terms of taste and in terms of appearance. Every cookie has a very attractive name (I ordered the Dutch truffle, Dutch truffle glimmer box, Almond glimmer box, cappuccino, butterscotch) all of them tasted pretty blank, even the chocolate on top of the Dutch chocolate tasted really blank, only the cappuccino and the butterscotch had a nice taste, but didn't look at all like the pictures. Whatever you see on top of a cookie in the advertisement is usually basically absent! The white chocolate only taste like sugar, the whole bar of the "almond biscotti" basically has 5 sort of cornflakes on top of it (see picture) and I don't think any caramel was in the caramel chocolate. None of these chocolates tasted like chocolate. If you really struggle with allergies and want to find some nice alternatives I recommend making an order of many, many different Ditch the Guilt products in the smallest quantity because you might still find something nice. But overall I would not recommend the brand right now because the idea is good, the promotion is good, but the execution and the taste are not there.

I ordered the blueberry cheesecake cookies and the choco chips cookies and both tastes horrible! There is not a single choco chip visible on the cookie. It tastes very artificial. It tastes almost like a chalk. And it is dry af! It is too hard for a cookie. I didn't like anything about the cookies. I had their chocolates and they were pretty good and that's why I got the cookies. But I'm disappointed! I wouldn't recommend anyone the cookies.

PLEASE DON’T BUY THE COOKIES. Highly disappointed with their recent delivery. This was my third order, most probably the last one as well. When I ordered for the first time, the packaging and the quality was great. Hence I ordered the second time, they had degraded their packaging. I was like ok no problem. Third delivery, I made a bulk order as I wanted to gift my friends & family. So, I specifically asked them to give me the packaging what they delivered at the first place. But when the order arrived they had deflated the packets and also the individual cookie packs where not there. The cookies were broken. I don’t know how I am going to gift these cookies to anyone. They have wasted my whole money. And I want to return their products. Coming to the taste, the cookies were way too sweet that you can’t eat more than a bit at once. The whole idea of No gluten No sugar is gone. The cookies doesn’t taste like almond flour anymore. Its just maida. When I called them they gave some stupid explanation. They have totally messed it up.

I was very happy the first few times I ordered. The quality, taste, texture and the colours were heart happy and organic in experience. Loved it. The last order I got in Sept 3rd week delivered, is not up to the same mark. They feel dry and too smooth. Not happy with the flour that is used in the cookies. There is a synthetic aroma and flavour to most of the boxes I opened. And somehow the texture feels like I'm only eating the local bakery biscuits. Kindly restore quality.

I have mixed feelings about ditch the guilt management, which has unfortunately clouded my opinion of the product itself. I ordered six jars of select cookies. Firstly, the order was delayed by almost a month before I had to remind them about the same. It took another two weeks for them to ship the order. It was delivered today and I don't know if it was worth the ordeal. The packing was terrible, some jars had opened during transit and the cookies were reduced to crumbs. I tasted banana flavoured, it was ok. Haven't tried the others. I hope the management will look into their shortcomings. Will I order again? I haven't got a reason to do it anytime soon.
